Westar Properties breaks ground for Westar La Residencia

Dubai-based property developer Westar Properties started work on their project Westar La Residencia Del Sol at Jumeirah Village with the ground breaking ceremony held recently.
Ajay Gupta, CEO, Westar Properties said: “We are delighted to finally break ground in a ceremony that marks the beginning of our project and it is an exciting day at Westar Properties. La Residencia will be an impressive project because of its design, architectural & good finishes of material & construction.
“Jumeirah Village project is designed to be self-sustained & will include international schools, town and country clubs, community centres, jogging & cycling trails, sports & leisure facilities & round the clock security, all providing peace of mind & a real sense of community.
Westar La Residencia has 24 state of the art luxury townhouses with a swimming pool & gymnasium for the residents of the project. Each townhouse is planned with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Living, Dining, kitchen & maids room on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the first floor with a family room and the master bedroom with a sitting room on the second floor. The basement has space for two car parks & a store room.
“The project has been designed in such a way that every townhouse owner can proudly say that he / she owns a corner house,” says Ajay Gupta. While the project is designed by Dartin Consultants, the contract for construction has been awarded to Bhatia General Contracting Company.
Westar Properties has got various residential & commercial projects in different freehold areas like Jumeirah Village, Mizin, Dubai World Central, The Villa @ Dubai land etc.
