Dubai Properties celebrates its promotion at Harrods

Dubai Properties, the leading real estate master developer, is celebrating the success of its two-month-long promotion at London’s Harrods, the world’s famous department store and the third most visited tourist attraction in the UK.

An ensemble of Dubai Properties’ Al Waha Villas development in Dubailand were marketed exclusively from within the Knightsbridge store, attracting buyers and investors from all over the UK and abroad. The unique in-store promotion which saw Harrods’ trademark green flags replaced with Dubai Properties’ distinct blue and white ones, registered AED 150 million in sales.

Following the significant success of the UK campaign, the company organized a week-long promotion at Hotel Ritz, the landmark destination in Paris. The exhibition, held from 4-9 September, showcased the master developer’s extensive property portfolio, including the Business Bay, The Villa, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Culture Village. The high visibility event was inaugurated by Mohammad Bin Breik, CEO of Dubai Properties.

Fahad Al Gergawi, Director - International Sales Operations for Dubai Properties, said: ‘The Harrods and Ritz Paris promotions offered excellent brand alignment for Dubai Properties, a company that prides itself on quality and customer service. While visitors gained valuable insights into our projects that are currently underway, they were also provided with a comprehensive perspective of the overall property market in Dubai. Apart from garnering widespread investor interest, the campaign also helped us appreciate their requirements better.’

Dubai Properties will continue to offer a significant number of residential and office units through their ongoing relationship with Harrods Estates over the next three to five years.
