IRIS raises the bar by adding upgrades in IRIS Blue

IRIS, a leading property services company delivering high quality development on time and in prime locations in the UAE and abroad, has raised the bar in real estate best practices by adding upgrades to its award winning development in the Dubai Marina, IRIS Blue.

IRIS, the innovative property development company has, without any additional cost to its property investors and potential tenants, added higher quality finishing materials as well as new, state-of-the-art amenities to all apartments in IRIS BLUE.

IRIS Blue’s upgrades come in the form of more luxurious finishings with porcelain, vitrified tiles, and marble kitchen.

As well as the new, high end finishing materials, the apartments will be fitted out with high quality Hansgrohe fittings, sanitary ware by Ideal Standards and kitchen appliances by Siemens.

In addition to the apartments’ interior, IRIS is also fitting out IRIS Blue with a cutting edge gymnasium that includes LCD television screens for all cardio-vascular equipment with the state-of-the-art gym, will also feature luxurious separate saunas and steam rooms for men and women.

‘It is our primary objective that when residents of our buildings come back to their apartments, they look forward to returning to a comfortable and welcoming ‘home’ for life,’ added Sheth.

IRIS Blue recently won an award which will be presented at the CNBC Arabian Property Awards held at Madinat Jumeirah on Tuesday, 23rd October.

At present, IRIS Blue is more than 60% complete with the finishing work being carried out at a brisk pace, indicating that IRIS will maintain its record of delivering on time.
