“Cityscape is a key event for us here in the UAE. It brings the entire spectrum of players in the property development and real estate industry together.
The importance of the event for us is to introduce Al Wifaq to the market as a developer and provider of a broad range of financial offerings.
The various financial solutions offered are targeted at the real estate sector which also includes the end user segment and seekers of Home Mortgage Finance”.
“Al Wifaq is poised to emerge as a strong player in the UAE’s Islamic financing domain and we expect to play a visible and significant role by participating in the development of the property markets in Abu Dhabi, especially in the freehold sector in the coming years” said Irshad Shirazi, Managing Director- Al Wifaq Finance Company.
Stating that Al Wifaq is planning to record substantial sale of properties that the company had invested in, Irshad Shirazi, General Manager - Al Wifaq Finance Company said “We expect considerable interest in Al Wifaq’s upcoming projects on Al Reem Island and plan to attract potential partners in our projects”.
“Through our participation at this event, we would also like to highlight our strong presence in the market for all types of buyers with strong tie-ups with reliable developers”.
“In our opinion, the hot topics at this year’s event are the exciting projections and potential of the Abu Dhabi market as well as the development of laws and regulations in the UAE to protect property investors and the end buyers” added Irshad Shirazi, General Manager - Al Wifaq Finance Company.
