Cityscape positive feedback from visitors for Sukoon Tower

The interest and feedback from the visitors of the exhibition, which was attended by more than 40,000 people, was positive for Bahrain and Sukoon Tower.

‘Bahrain properties, including Sukoon Tower, were well received in Abu Dhabi. The driving factor for investors based in the UAE and looking at investments in Bahrain is price. As the property industry in Bahrain is newer than the UAE, prices in the Kingdom are more reasonable than in Dubai or Abu Dhabi,’ explained Omar Kabbara, Sales Manager, Asteco.

‘Many visitors at Cityscape compared Bahrain’s property market to Dubai four or five years ago and were looking at opportunities outside of the UAE for investment. The confidence in Bahrain is extremely high due with many believing the market will follow the trends of Dubai and Abu Dhabi,’ added Omar Kabbara.
