Imperial Towers project on The Pearl Qatar Bookings open

Each of the five towers has its own design theme inspired by one of the world’s continents, ensuring that each is distinctively different from the others.
The company also announced a never-before-seen payment scheme that allows buyers to pay only 10% of the value while booking and another 10% six months down, with the remaining 80% to be paid only when the keys are handed over to buyers in 2010.
The scheme will be available through both appointed sales agents of the Imperial Towers, Asteco and Engel & Völkers.
With 360-degree sea views, globally inspired design and a Riviera lifestyle that resonates with people’s innermost desires for self-expression, relaxation and fun, the Imperial Towers have truly been designed for living.
The Imperial Towers, Ruby (inspired by Asia), Diamond (inspired by Africa), Emerald (inspired by the Americas), Amber (Inspired by Europe) and Opal (inspired by Oceania) will give buyers the perfect chance to pick their own lifestyle and satisfy their own unique aspirations through the design of their choice.

The Imperial Ruby Tower is inspired by the richness and contrasts of Asia; the Imperial Diamond Tower brings to mind the geometric yet earthy designs of Morocco in Africa; the Imperial Emerald Tower is reminiscent of the wide open spaces of the American West, the intense colors of Mexico and the dramatic imagery of the Mayan and Incan civilizations.
On the other hand, the Imperial Amber Tower draws its inspiration from Euro chic, which is rooted in reverence for the classic schools of architecture and has led the world of design for the last 100 years; and the Imperial Opal Tower is a reflection of the colors, patterns and textures of Polynesian culture that make for peaceful, relaxing interiors.
Each tower has between 154 and 166 apartments and two luxurious four-bedroom penthouses. A choice of one, two and three bedroom apartments is available, with a special few apartments offering direct access to a private beach.
Imperial Towers offers the highest standards of finish using carefully selected natural and modern manmade materials shaped with careful attention to detail. Kitchens will feature the latest modern home appliances and bathrooms will be lavishly decorated.

Later in the evening, a VIP audience was wowed by a launch event that spared no effort in bringing the theme of the Imperial Towers to life. Held in the Four Seasons Hotel, guests had received their invitations in style on an elegant branded scarf representative of the Imperial Towers’ logo.
The stage, which was decorated in the colors of the five Jewels of the Imperial Towers, was matched by identical décor and themed table arrangements, beautifully setting the mood for the evening.
Mistress of Ceremonies Carol Nader transported guests to the five continents of the world in turn, as dance troupes performed traditional routines from China, Greece, Morocco, Cuba and Australia in tribute to the themes of the five Towers. After the performances, five fashion models unveiled the Imperial Towers in grand style, to much applause and appreciation from everyone in the room.
Bookings were officially opened and a special one-time price was announced for the night as sales agents Asteco and Engel & Völkers began accepting bookings for the Diamond and Ruby Towers at their respective sales booths. Jazz band Blue Note enchanted with their captivating music in the background as guests enjoyed the evening.
