Dubai Properties to handover Al Waha Villas

Dubai Properties LLC, master developer and a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group LLC(DPG LLC), today announced the second quarter of 2009 will witness the handover of completed units at the Dhs735m Al Waha Villas development, a freehold Mediterranean style residential comprising 260 exclusive villas and townhouses within a luxurious enclave.

Concurrently, Dubai Properties will also offer for lease units at the ‘The 558 Community Development’, comprising 414 Mediterranean styled exclusive villas and 144 apartments.

Featuring unique lines and curves, terracotta roofs, warm colours and cobbled driveways, the ‘The 558 Community Development’ is a stunning architectural concept set on a built-up area of 1.9m sq. feet, comprising 48 two-bedroom apartments, 96 three-bedroom apartments, 180 two-bedroom villas, 102 three-bedroom villas, and 132 four-bedroom villas.

Located at Dubailand, the landmark tourism, leisure and entertainment destination, both the Al Waha Villas and The 558 Community Development will feature kids’ playgrounds, well-manicured landscapes, and round-the-clock security.

Salwan Property Management, member of Dubai Properties Group, will provide facilities management services to the residential communities.
