Trident Grand Residence at Dubai Marina launched

Following on the success of their first three projects, Trident International Holdings (TIH) has launched their fourth freehold luxury residential project in Dubai, Trident Grand Residence, in the exclusive Dubai Marina.
Positioned as a signature of success or ‘Signature de success’, TGR sets yet another benchmark in luxurious residential development, offering prime living features for the luxury sensitive communities. Residents of Trident Grand Residence will enjoy the pleasures and comforts of unique concepts in a residential project in the Dubai Marina. Strategically located within walking distance of the oceanfront, this magnificent 45-storey project comprising 253 condominiums and luxury penthouses, will offer a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the Palm Jumeirah and the Marina.
