Sale of apartments in The Links East Tower by Emaar
- August 23, 2005, 12:08 amEmaar Properties yesterday started the sale of residential units in The Links East Tower, part of the The Links development located on Shaikh Zayed Road.
The 35-storey East Tower is located in the The Views development at the Emirates Golf Club.
The East Tower apartments offer a choice of one, two and three bedroom suites, ranging from 758 square feet to 2,799 square feet. Prices for the East Tower apartments start from Dh650,000.
“Golfing communities are fast becoming one of the most sought after residential lifestyles in the world. Emaar recognises this and is leading the way by launching golf-themed developments and enabling people to live their dream lifestyle,” said Naaman Atallah, Emaar’s director of sales.
Online registrations for the East Tower open today and sales will be restricted to e-registration on The Links website.
The registration numbers are limited and are on first come, first served basis. The launch will be held at the Dubai Marina Sales Centre on Sunday
