Trident International Holdings showcased in Cityscape

Leading Real Estate Development Company, Trident International Holdings (TIH) showcased its portfolio of freehold luxury residential projects that have set new standards in real estate development at Cityscape 2005.

Trident has thus far announced four waterfront projects at the exclusive Dubai Marina master development. Their first project, The Waterfront, a boutique 20-story residential tower is nearing completion and is scheduled to be topped up later this year.
The other projects in Trident’s portfolio include the twin towered Marinascape, the construction of these grand towers has recently been awarded to global engineering conglomerates L&T. Comprising of over 200, two-three bedroom waterfront apartments, Marinascape will also offer several marina homes - luxury 4 bedroom villas with roof top landscaped terraces.
The 22 storeyed Bayside Residence, Trident’s third project will offer 101 - 1, 2, & 3 bedroom - waterfront apartments, marina homes and penthouses. Trident’s latest offering to the luxury sensitive is the 45 storied, Trident Grand Residence.
