Hot on the heels of the successful launch of Lady Ratan Manor in International City, Lokhandwala Builders has launched a second residential project at Dubai Sports City in Dubailand.
The Dh210 million, 25-storey Eden Gardens development offers 318 fully-furnished studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments that combine contemporary design and quality workmanship with the most modern amenities.
A rooftop swimming pool with health club, spa, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi are just some of the amenities that residents can look forward to.
“We wanted to build on the overwhelming response we received to our first project in Dubai which is already 85 per cent sold out,” said Moiz Lokhandwala, Managing Director, Lokhandwala Builders International. “Eden Gardens is the second chapter in our continuing success story in Dubai.”
Due for completion in early 2008, Eden Gardens will be located on a landscaped plot of 315,000 square feet in a secluded corner of Dubai Sports City. It will offer residents exceptional accessibility and convenience as well as part of the themed development which features world class sporting venues, facilities and training academies.
“Thanks to its high class leisure facilities and the unparalleled sports and entertainment attractions of Dubai Sports City and Dubailand, Eden Gardens offers residents the rare opportunity to live in the emerging tourism, sports and entertainment hub of the region,” added Moiz Lokhandwala.
Eden Gardens is the ideal choice for sports enthusiasts as well as purchasers looking for investment properties. As one of the fastest-growing cities in the world, property in Dubai offers a high rate of return on investment, not just in terms of capital appreciation but also high rental income.
The developers have appointed Better Homes, one of the leading real estate companies in the region, to offer investors a comprehensive rental management service. This will include all aspects of leasing out and running the property so that even overseas investors can get the most out of their investment with complete peace of mind.
The property has been designed by National Engineering Bureau (NEB) Dubai.
Lokhandwala Builders have created several architectural landmarks in the central and south district of Mumbai and have grown to be one of the most trusted names in real estate in India. Its eco-environment residential projects in Mumbai provide homes to over 3000 families.
