Tameer opens new office in Emaar Business Park, Dubai

Leading property developer, Tameer Holding has moved its Dubai office to a new location at Building Number 4, Emaar Office Park.

Following a wave of success with various significant projects across different Emirates, Tameer has opened its new office to facilitate improved functioning and comfort in a highly competitive real estate development market.

Speaking on the opening of the new office, Omar Ayesh, Chairman of Tameer Holding remarked: ‘We are definitely growing rapidly, with an exciting portfolio of projects at hand. As we work towards adding creativity and energy to our new developments, it is important to have the best work environment for maximum efficiency. Our new office at the Emaar Office Park will surely be an added plus for us in serving the real estate market in the region.’

Tameer has seen significant success in recent times and are currently, involved in a number of high-profile projects. They include the Al Ameera Village in Ajman, a mixed-use infrastructure development on the Emirates Road, 15 minutes from the Dubai International Airport, closer to the array of landmark developments.

Another important development is the Al Ameera Village, which spans an array of traditionally designed residential buildings, a five star hotel, hotel apartments and a shopping mall across an area of 50,000 square metres.

Tameer is also developing the AED 30 billion Al Salam City of Umm Al Quwain which will be developed in three phases on an estimated area of 220 million square feet. In the first phase, the development will comprise approximately 1,000 buildings, the tallest being a 50-storey hotel. Other components of the project include residential towers of 10-20 floors, shopping mall, entertainment zones, civic amenities like schools, banks, retail facilities, mosques etc. Tameer is further involved in the 80 million sq. feet industrial project - Emirates Modern Industrial Area in Umm Al Quwain.
