ETA Star records phenomenal sales during Cityscape 2005
- September 29, 2005, 3:02 pm
ETA Star Properties, a leading property developer in the UAE, recorded phenomenal sales figures of over AED 100 million during the recently-concluded Cityscape 2005, with Al Manara, the latest addition to ETA Star’s list of properties, alone bringing in 80 per cent of the sales.
Designed exclusively to reflect style and functionality, Al Manara comprises 31 top-class office and commercial complexes. The proposed tower will be located at Business Bay on the banks of the new creek, and has been designed by the renowned Singapore-based firm ‘Architects 61′. ETA Star is the first property developer to enter Business Bay.
To complement the needs of the office goers the ground floor of the development will have a retail area where facilities like a food court and travel desk will be made available. The other major attraction of the building will be the availability of ample car parks with business facilities within the complex to enhance corporate efficiency.
‘Cityscape 2005 provided us an excellent marketing platform, as it allowed us to interact with a number of regional as well as international investors and developers. As a first-time participant, the response we received was truly remarkable, and it has further boosted our confidence in the local real estate market,’ said Abid Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Ascon Group of Companies.
Among the other major ETA Star projects showcased at Cityscape were 23 Marina & Liberty House. Built as a joint venture between ETA Star and Hiranandani Constructions Ltd, the largest construction house in India, 23 Marina is an exclusive 90-storey-high residential complex. The luxury housing project comes equipped with three levels of spas, exclusive fitness centers, indoor and outdoor temperature-controlled swimming pools and lavish decks.
Visitors to the ETA Star pavilion at Cityscape were given a token environmental gift of a plant in a capsule, to emphasize the importance of protecting the environment. The adopt-a-plant campaign was part of ETA Star’s committed efforts towards a greener UAE.
