Club Concierge makes luxury travel to Dubai easy

Upmarket visitors to Dubai can now have their every need catered for from a flight on a private jet to an afternoon charter on a luxury yacht or a spin in a Ferrari following the launch of a new lifestyle management company.
Club Concierge, which launched in Dubai this month, will allow travellers to maximise their stay in the city by relieving them of the time-consuming task of making practical arrangements during their visit.
Travellers taking advantage of the company’s Elite Hospitality service will be assigned an experienced personal assistant from the moment they step off the plane. They will make all the arrangements for a perfect and luxurious stay including booking tables in top restaurants, arranging luxury car hire and organising tours of the city. They can even draw up tailor-made itineraries.
Tracy Burt, Club Concierge’s joint managing partner, said: ‘Our Elite Hospitality service is suited both to travellers coming to Dubai simply for leisure purposes and also to people here on business, who want the everyday arrangements for their visit taken off their hands so that they can focus on their work.’
For clients keen to discover Dubai and its surroundings the Club Concierge team can arrange helicopter tours over the city, excursions to surrounding Emirates or trips on a chartered yacht complete with crew and catering.
Sporty types can request an appointment with a golfing professional to practise their swing at one of Dubai’s top golf courses and Club Concierge can also research where they can participate in other favourite sporting activities.
Those in search of relaxation can take advantage of the company’s in-depth knowledge of the best spas and beauty salons in the city. They don’t have to worry about getting there either as Club Concierge can arrange for a chauffeur to pick them up. Personal shoppers can even take on the task of finding gifts for loved ones back home.
Club Concierge will also take the worry of making last minute travel arrangements off travellers’ hands and will even seek out shops stocking their favourite foods to give them a taste of home.
Burt added: ‘We initially expect the new service to be popular with locally-based companies who want to provide the very best hospitality to high profile clients and senior employees when they visit Dubai. As the business develops, the next phase will involve marketing Elite Hospitality to the Russian and European markets.’
As well as the Elite Hospitality service, Club Concierge also offers various packages of lifestyle management services to individuals and companies resident in Dubai, ranging from day-to-day tasks such as general up-keep of the home to more specialised jobs like organising a children’s party, helping newcomers to relocate to Dubai, providing a personal shopping service, and event organisation.
