Dubai Properties roadshow makes an impression in Cairo

Investors in Egypt showed strong great interest in Dubai Properties’ niche developments at a road show which took place in Cairo recently.
Dubai Properties invited a group of business affiliates, government officials and dignitaries for a presentation which highlighted the diversity of projects under the developer’s umbrella.
“Investors from Egypt are keen to invest in Dubai. Through the regional office in Cairo, Dubai Properties has been gradually building a database of key investment opportunities in the leisure, residential and business sectors,” said Hashim Al Dabal, CEO, Dubai Properties.
One of the schemes highlighted was Business Bay, a niche project being developed as the region’s business capital. Equipped with world-class infrastructure and high-tech, world class facilities, Business Bay will be home to regional and international corporations.
Dubai Properties is also targeting retail investment in Bay Avenue at Business Bay, which will be home to exclusive waterfront stores. Interest is also high in The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence, which has already signed up 300 global brands.
