Executive Towers construction proceeding as planned

The AED 2.5 billion Executive Towers, Dubai Properties’ first project in Business Bay, is proceeding on schedule.

Eleven floors are being completed each week. The expected completion date for all the buildings is 2007.

The Executive Towers consists of 11 buildings, nine residential and one commercial, the Aspect Tower. The project will also be home to the Business Bay Hotel and Bay Avenue, the retail sector of the development. Work is proceeding simultaneously on all 11 buildings. So far 130 floor slabs have been completed, and the buildings are clearly visible from Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.

Hashim Al Dabal, CEO of Dubai Properties said: ‘I can confirm that Business Bay phase one is proceeding on schedule. As Executive Towers is our first project in the development, we anticipate that its successful completion will open the doors to further innovative projects.’

Executive Towers will feature a two-level shopping mall, clinics, health clubs and other facilities. The contemporary design and architectural theme of the towers reflects the modern image of Dubai. The Executive Towers, and the lifestyle they represent, are geared towards like-minded people that enjoy success and an intelligent way of living.

Some of the world’s leading contractors, including MACE, DAR, WS Atkins, KCA, Verdaus and Cansult, have been engaged, by Dubai Properties, to work on the project.
