Dubai Lagoon receive excellent response to promotion offers

Dubai Lagoon, the 3 billion AED high watermark of living, today announced due to high demand they have decided that the incentive promotion will end in two weeks time.
To celebrate the end of the promotion period Dubai Lagoon has also reduced the down payments to 5%, instead of the original 10% of the property price, allowing buyers to take away their incentive once the initial 5% payment has cleared.
Till June the 15th second phase sales will be assisted with a range of celebratory sales incentives which include a variety of options including a new Chevrolet motor vehicle (Spark, Aveo or Lumina), a PAN Emirates Furnishing voucher or a 5% cash discount upon booking.
Sonia Husain, Executive Director of Dubai Lagoon said ‘Following on from the success of phase one, in which all properties were sold out within 54 days. Sales of phase two of the development have travelled fantastically well; we have been delighted with the response to the developments and the clearly desirable sales incentives. Dubai Lagoon offers a unique living proposition and is backed up by our flexible payment terms and celebratory sales incentives which have been the major reasons behind such positive sales performance.’
The second phase boasts studios to two bedroom properties. All Buildings of Dubai Lagoon’s second phase will be based around a stunning sapphire coloured lagoon and is expected to be ready for occupation by June 2008.
‘The flexible terms and sales incentives, which have proved extremely popular, will be offered for the final two weeks, until June 15. However it must be noted that there are limited options available in terms of properties and also celebratory incentive offerings.’ Added Husain.
Property buyers can take advantage of the payment terms which allow the purchaser to pay 60% over the initial two years with the balance to be paid over the next five years, like monthly rent. Unlike other real estate incentives that wait until completion, with Dubai Lagoon as soon as one books an apartment the owner can drive away the vehicle or take away their vouchers to furnish their new home. In addition to these incentives the apartments are all ownership sub-lease hold title which means that all owners are eligible for family residence visas, subject to UAE immigration rules and regulations.
Dubai Lagoon proved very attractive to both investors and residents, largely due to the charming, tranquil and luxurious surroundings, resulting in sales of an equal split between the two groups.
