Luxury lifestyle provider and the region’s leading private developer, DAMAC Properties, announces today that apartments at the stunning two-tower residential undertaking, ‘The Waves’, are being delivered to customers.

The Waves, DAMAC’s second astounding development, was launched two years ago within the iconic Dubai Marina.

‘We are proud of this dazzling two-tower residential undertaking. Customers that came from a number of countries throughout the globe and were given keys to their apartments have already given us very positive feedback on the tower’s quality finishings and highly luxurious amenities,’ said Peter Riddoch, CEO at DAMAC Properties.

The Waves is a 60,103 Squared Meters real estate venture, encompassing 237 apartments and 10 penthouses, along with world-class facilities, including a swimming pool, tennis court, barbeque areas, children’s water play area, landscaped recreation areas, banquet hall, children’s play room, state of the art gymnasium, sauna and steam room, along with ample parking space and 24hrs security and concierge services.

‘At the waves, customers will experience a lifestyle that is second to none. Its substantially prime location along with all the 5-star amenities on offer will allow customers to live in an atmosphere of utmost luxury,’ added Riddoch.

‘We have worked very hard to ensure that customers are provided with two, hassle-free, state of the art residential towers that allow residents to live in a highly comfortable environment,’ he reiterated.

Through its recent regional expansion DAMAC Properties introduced a stunning 14-bulding Mediterranean themed community, ‘The Piazza’ in Lusail’s Fox Hills community in Doha, Qatar, another exquisite $120 Million residential tower ‘The Heights’ with the new, absolutely breathtaking Abdali area of Amman in Jordan, as well as a highly luxurious $ 150 Million project in SOLIDERE’s Beirut City Centre, ‘La Residence by Ivana Trump’.

In the case of La Residence, the world renowned figure from the world of fashion and real estate, Ivana Trump, contributed substantially to the design of the tower.

Having recently signed an MOU with a senior Chinese delegation, DAMAC also committed to developing a highly luxurious AED 10 Billion mix-use project within the Tanggu District in Tianjin, a very popular Asian destination for business and tourism.

Last year, the property company was honored with three prestigious Bentley International Awards 2005 in the categories of Best UAE Development for Marina Terrace, Best Architecture for Ocean Heights and Best Developer Website (www.damacproperties.com) at a ceremony in London on 4 November 2005.

The Bentley International Property Awards, now entering their 11th year, have been described as the ‘Oscars’ of the property industry.
