The Shemara tower at Marina Promenade launched

Emaar Properties today unveiled a new waterfront living experience with The Shemara tower at Marina Promenade.
The high-end residential condominium tower is located on the broadest section of Dubai Marina and offers the most panoramic views of the marina.
The Shemara is the fourth in a series of six towers envisaged at Marina Promenade. With over 80 per cent structural works already completed, the 33 storey tower will be ready for hand-over in January 2008.
