Contractor for Damac’s ‘The Crescent’ appointed

Luxury lifestyle provider and the region’s leading private developer, DAMAC Properties, appoints UAE-based Intemass Engineering and Contracting as the main contractor entrusted with construction of its stunning ‘The Crescent’ residential development, the company’s first undertaking to be launched within the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ).

Intermass are due to complete construction of the crescent within a two-year period, after which DAMAC will handover to customers keys to their dream homes.

Intermass are renowned contractors in the UAE. They worked as main contractors on dazzling landmarks such as The Mega Mall along with the iconic golden tower in Sharjah.

We have no doubt that they will deliver a final product that is hassle free, while providing customers a living space that offers utmost reliability and comfort’, said Peter Riddoch, CEO at DAMAC Properties.

‘The Crescent’ will encompass a plethora of residential and leisure amenities. It will include 848 luxury studio, one, and two bedroom apartments with breathtaking views over a large man-made lake. The project offers ample parking space for residents, a swimming pool, tennis court, gymnasium, as well as 24 hours security and maintenance.

‘Designed to suit many different discerning tastes, each apartment at The Crescent will be built according to the highest specifications and design using the best materials. We have worked very closely with the American architectural firm, PEBM, and local consultant Arkonsult/Arden to ensure that each apartment offers every modern amenity in a chic and homely setting,’ commented Riddoch
