Riffa Views Signature Estates achieves record sales rate

Homes have been selling at a record rate at Riffa Views Signature Estates with local, regional and international buyers purchasing an average of 2 homes per day following the launch of the company’s show villas on 6 November.
Richard Browning, Chief Executive Officer of Riffa Golf and Residential Development Company, said the record reflects the compelling attractions of the Riffa Views offering.
‘We anticipated increased demand from buyers following the launch of our show villas and this is indeed a tremendous achievement. The fact that potential buyers are able to see, feel and appreciate the inherent quality and what a signature lifestyle is all about has in only 10 days resulted in new buyers from Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, UK, Iran and Kuwait who have chosen to make Riffa Views their home.’
The three exclusively distinct signature estates of Riffa Views - The Lagoons, The Oasis and The Park - are set around an overall 28 million square foot development and the recent sales include 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses and 4, 5 and ‘5-plus’ bedroom villas. The different designed residences are available on plot sizes ranging from 200m2 to more than 1,800m2, with built up areas ranging from 195m2 to 850m2. The largest villas may also be customized to suit the client’s specifications.
