Sorouh’s participation in UK-UAE exhibition commended

Sorouh Real Estate’s participation at the UK-UAE Investment Opportunities Exhibition and Conference has been widely commended by investors and officials who visited the company’s stand at the event, which was held 22-24 November 2006 in London.
Faris Suhail Al Yabhouni, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Sorouh Real Estate noted that Sorouh’s participation at the event was in line with the company’s strategy to enhance relations with stakeholders from the private and public sector. ‘Our participation at this show follows our participation at other leading exhibitions and conferences globally, which have played a major role in building Sorouh’s reputation as a pioneering real estate developer’. Al Yabhouni also said that Sorouh had been focused on supporting the UAE government’s initiatives in promoting various sectors of the economy.
In a speech delivered during a workshop held in parallel with the Exhibition, Al Yabhouni said that Sorouh had in a very short period managed to position itself as one of the leading developers in the UAE. ‘This mirrors the vision of the leadership, H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and H.H. General Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and their expectations of Sorouh’ he said.
Al Yabhouni praised the UAE government’s efforts in providing a conducive business environment for real estate developers with the passing of appropriate legislation and the provision of a secure investment environment. ‘These moves have enhanced the reputation of the UAE as one of the premier business hubs in the region’ he said.
