International Capital Trading (ICT), a leading investment firm headquartered in Abu Dhabi, has announced today the launch of its new AED 400 million real estate development - ‘Al Aryam Tower’ amidst the heart of the UAE capital.
Located at Al Mina Street, the 37-storey Tower will be constructed on an area of 21,575 square feet.
To proceed with the execution of the program, ICT has employed E.C. Harris International to supervise the construction phase.
‘The launch of Al Aryam Tower coincides with the increase in demand for high-end residential units in Abu Dhabi, and the continual growth of the real estate sector in the UAE. Al Aryam will provide cutting edge technology and a contemporary lifestyle for our clients,’ cited H.E. Hamad Abdallah Al Shamsi, CEO of ICT.
The 150 meter Al Aryam Tower will provide 330 residential units in addition to a 4-level underground parking, a health club, and management offices. In addition, there will be space allocated for commercial and office use.
ICT is currently planning a multitude of new developments to keep abreast the phenomenal growth the Country is witnessing, this subsequent to the opening of the renowned Al Raha Beach Resort that has become a tourism destination in Abu Dhabi. Al Shamsi also announced that ICT is in the final phase of commissioning its ‘Al Bateen Towers’ development for its residential, commercial and business clients.
