ETA Star participates in Cityscape with a 180m2 stand
- November 30, 2006, 2:09 pm
As one of the largest private developers in the region, ETA Star Properties is participating in Cityscape Dubai 2006 on a large scale, with a 180m2 stand.
Having had the highest number of visitors to its stand during the 2005 edition, ETA Star proposes to present itself as a thought leader in the industry this year after pioneering several successful marketing initiatives on its Al Manara, The Centrium, The Grandeur Residences and The Summit projects, since the last Cityscape.
Specifically aimed at the informed investor community attending the B2B exhibition, ETA Star will showcase its wide-ranging property investment options, highlighting the unique blend of ideal locations, pricing, Return on Investment (ROI) assurance and payment plans. This distinctive offering will be promoted under the banner ‘Star Investor’, which will also manifest itself as an exclusive and premier club constituting investors from within the ETA Star community.
Abid A. Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Star, said, ‘We believe today we are in a position of enormous strength to offer investors the widest range of investment options and return on investment. The entire ‘Star Investor’ concept aims to bring all our products and services under one roof to benefit potential investors. At Cityscape, we also intend to deliver value in knowledge by bringing reputed speakers to our stand for daily seminars on topics of interest. These steps will further reinforce our position as a ‘thought leader’ in the industry.’
Having a distinctive standing within the real estate community and among the general public, ETA Star is rightly poised to take its repute further and provide real value at Cityscape 2006 by hosting internationally renowned experts who will speak on a diverse range of topics related to the regional and international real estate scenario, giving participants a comprehensive perspective.
Some of the prominent speakers who will be part of the seminars hosted by ETA Star include Sanjay Verma, Joint MD, Cushman Wakefield India, who will speak on Indian real estate and the real estate investment backdrop; Adel Lootah, Executive Director, DPG who will highlight Dubai’s real estate supply/demand and trends; Jason B. Kern, VP - Real Estate Investment Banking, J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Ltd., who will speak on raising capital; and Nick Clayson from Holman Fenwick & Willan’s who will talk about the legal perspectives within the Dubai real estate framework.
Further, Abid Junaid has been invited as a key presenter at the Cityscape forum where he will shed light on the local residential market with an address titled ‘Build it and they will come - Myth or reality’.
ETA Star, which became the first property developer in the region to receive the ISO accreditation, will showcase several of its premier projects at Cityscape 2006 including The Summit, The 23 Marina and The Grandeur Residences.
The Summit, a 38-storeyed commercial and office tower located between Dubai Media City and Dubai Marina on Sheikh Zayed Road, is a modern tower that has the distinction of offering the first-of-its-kind condo office concept which guarantees occupancy and investment return through a special rental pool system. ETA Star has partnered with Colliers International, a global real estate property consultancy firm, to lease and manage the office units in the tower.
The Grandeur Residences on the other hand, is a luxury residential complex designed to provide residents a lifestyle reminiscent of royalty, as the project is modeled on the archetypal palaces of Rajasthan, in India. The project comprises 200 freehold fully furnished one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments, including ten beach front villas. The entire facility will be serviced by Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
