Lilies Tower sold out completely
- December 4, 2006, 4:31 pm
SODIC, one of Egypt’s leading real estate development companies announced its participation in the Cityscape exhibition to take place in Dubai from 4-6 December 2006.
“Customers have approached the Lilies Tower in great numbers over the past several months, even though that period of time is typically known as the lowest selling on the property marketing calendar. Despite being synchronized with the summer vacation, Ramadan and the feasts, our success in the selling of the units is strong evidence that a good product can challenge all market definitions and traditions and sell at any time, in any situation”, said Dr. Ahmed Samerai, executive board member of R Holdings.
“We are extremely appreciative of all our customers who have decided to put their trust in R Holdings’ developments. Above all this, we are trying to play a deeper role in consolidating the relationship between the developer and the customer”, added Samerai.
A large number of purchase contracts were handed over to the customers, while the remainder will receive them over the coming days and according to purchase priority. Dr. Samerai expects that all construction work will be completed within the stipulated time.
Notably the Emirates City area reaches 5 million sq. ft, and includes 72 residential towers, in addition to modern shopping centers, hotels and apartments, in addition to all essential and entertainment needs which include green tree spaces, lakes and walking alleys. The city has been designed to meet all the resident’s needs and is considered the ideal place to live and experience a plush lifestyle. The Emirates City features many other leading property companies from across the region, which is developing their own towers there.
