Mizin, a real estate development company and member of Tatweer, today announced an overwhelming success at the recently concluded Cityscape 2006, registering a sale of more than 30 million square feet of freehold land across its properties.
Three quarters of the plots at Majan, the 16.5 million sq ft mixed use development opposite City of Arabia were sold. Meanwhile, 60 per cent of Arjan, located on Emirates Road opposite the Dubai Autodrome, was sold within 12 hours at the international property investment and development exhibition. Arjan is expected to drive AED 20 billion over the next three years.
Sami Al Hashmi, Chief Executive Officer of Mizin said: ‘We are delighted with the positive results that Mizin properties have generated during Cityscape. The phenomenal sales performance validates our marketing approach, and the ability of our products to surpass customer expectations and requirements.
‘Our investors credit Mizin’s success to its unique value proposition, return on investment and superior quality standards. Each of the three projects offers distinct advantages such as location, timely delivery, ready-to-construct infrastructure and transparency. We look forward to launching new projects in 2007 that will increase our portfolio and offer exciting investment possibilities to our customers.’
Mizin’s pilot residential project - the 13 million sq ft Liwan - sold out ahead of Cityscape.
