Asam Investment announces its alliance with Amlak

Asam Investments & Real Estate announces its alliance with Amlak to offer a finance option to its esteemed buyers on the purchase of office space at Grosvenor Business Tower.
Under the offer, GBT customers will get financing of up to 90% of their purchase price, without any repayment and Zero interest during the construction period, for a maximum period of three years, along with a substantially low processing fee.

Grosvenor Business Tower is being developed at an estimated value of AED 420 million. Asam is owned by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chairman of Emirates Group. The tower, located at the Tecom free zone, off Sheikh Zayed road, will provide end-users with an opportunity to own their own office space.
Mr. Ali Al Soori further adds: ‘Construction had commenced before the official launch and we are pleased that it is progressing at a very fast pace.’
With a series of advantages in the offering namely free zone and freehold advantages, Grosvenor Business Tower instills confidence in the mind of buyers and adding Amlak’s financing scheme to it enhances the tower’s value and provides ease & convenience to the customer.
