Landmark Properties opens its office at Dubai Marina

In line with the company’s ongoing expansion plans across the UAE, Landmark Properties has announced the opening of its fourth office, to be located at Dubai Marina.

The move reflects Landmark Properties strong history of sales in the Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Emirates Hills area and the growing importance of Dubai’s new growth corridor to the real estate industry.

The Dubai Marina office, due to open at the beginning of March 2007, will have a staff of six highly professional agents to serve Landmark Properties’ already significant client base in the area. The dedicated team will include two leasing agents, three residential sales agents and one commercial sales agent.

The launch of the new Landmark Properties office represents the company’s continued growth since its inception in 2003 and is a direct response to a growing client base and an increased market share in the real estate industry. The new branch will also complement existing offices at Fairmont Hotel, Emaar Business Park and Sheikh Zayed Road.

Commenting on the opening of the offices Craig Johnson, General Manager, Landmark Properties said, ‘The new Marina branch will add to Landmark Properties growing presence and further enhance the service we offer to our clients in and around the Marina area. The move solidifies our presence in the market which is as a direct result of a growing client base and successful business partnerships with investors and tenants alike.’

The new branch, located at Marina Walk is a short distance from the marina’s numerous restaurants and shops and ideally placed to capitalize on the huge demand for waterside properties in Dubai.

‘The Dubai Marina area represents a niche in the real estate market to which Landmark Properties can add its professional services. The new Marina branch is the ideal location from which to serve this unique area with in-depth knowledge and first hand experience of the market,’ continued Johnson.

The announcement comes less than a month after Landmark Properties opened its flagship branch on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Landmark Properties has built a solid reputation by successfully dealing with all aspects of real estate services and catering to the needs of both the individual and corporate clients looking to buy, lease or sell. The company’s trusted reputation has led to the launch of the new site, with further expansion planned for the future.
