Emaar’s Alma townhomes registration started
- February 28, 2007, 11:18 am
Emaar Properties will open pre-registration for its recently unveiled Alma townhomes within Arabian Ranches today.
Sales will begin on Saturday, March 3, 2007. With only a limited number of homes available, potential home-owners can register early to own their dream home. Alma is an independent gated community with two-storeyed lakefront townhomes ranging in size from 2,400 sq ft to 3,150 sq ft.
Featuring Spanish-style architecture to reflect the Spanish name of the townhomes, meaning ’soul,’ Alma offers easy access to amenities such as the Village Community Centre, Arabian Ranches Golf Course, retail outlets, school and fitness facilities.
‘The Alma townhomes will suit the needs of potential home-owners looking for homes within an established community,’ said Ms Bahiya Kayed, Assistant Director of Sales, Emaar Properties. ‘Demand for homes in established freehold properties is on the rise, and with Alma, we are offering the opportunity to own a home within Arabian Ranches, a thriving neighbourhood.’
Arabian Ranches is acclaimed for its leisure components - the Arabian Ranches Golf Course and the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club. It offers convenient access to Dubai’s thriving nerve-centres such as the Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City and Jebel Ali Free Zone. The project is near the Global Village and Dubai Autodrome at the junction of three key ring roads.
