Saudi firm Tanmiyat Investment Group, have announced the launch of the ‘Ajman Marina’.

The announcement was recently made during a signing ceremony held in Ajman in the presence of Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department. The firm is to develop the biggest tourist, residential and commercial project in the emirate, with the goal of it to become the classiest development in Ajman.

This project is going to be located on an area that exceeds 12 acres near to the Kempenski Hotel, where high class tourist, residential and commercial buildings are to be constructed. This project is opened to all nationalities who wish to own their own units according to the emirate’s freehold policy.

“This agreement is like the crowning for all the efforts Ajman has made in implementing its laws and legislations that are efficiently contributing to attracting important investors here, to develop vital projects, which the emirate is in need of. This is the fruition of the plans we have made for the next several years, as part of our recently announced development program,” said H.H Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi.

The Launch of the “Ajman Marina” sees the emirate augmenting the development of its tourism and residential sectors, giving a chance for all medium and high income citizens to own private residential units. The project includes a yacht club, residential towers that have a view of the Marina and the shores; in addition to restaurants, entertainment facilities, hotels, offices, and many other buildings and units that will be later announced.

“Developing Ajman Marina is the first step in the huge turnaround for the emirate that is already witnessing a great cultural renaissance in many different sectors especially construction”, said Sheikh Suleiman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Majid, Chairman of Tanmiyat Investment Group.

“Tanmiyat’s interest in Ajman demonstrates the trust they have in the investment opportunities we have made available; in addition to the laws and legislations that attracts investors from all different nationalities”, he added. He also praised the ambitious vision of His Highness, Ruler of Ajman, and his encouragement for Arabic investments.

Tanmiyat Group is currently developing a number of important projects in Dubai, including the “Asateer” project in Dubai Land and the four Commercial Heights in Business Bay. Its “Dubai Marina Tower’ has been totally sold out, and its vast project the Umm Al Quwain Industrial Zone has already generated huge revenues. These two projects were sold before construction works were completed. The Group is also preparing itself to develop a project in the Dubai Financial Center that will include a hotel, offices, residential apartments, and commercial center.
