Dubai Properties announced today it has received the coveted ISO 9001:2000 certification for excellence in quality and customer service.

The certification was awarded for the organisation’s Central Support Functions including technical support, infrastructure, human resources, quality assurance, procurement, revenue operations, corporate performance, finance and TECOM (Dubai Technology Media Free Zone Authority) functions such as zoning and master planning.

Mohamed Binbrek, CEO of Dubai Properties, said: ‘Dubai Properties’ achievement of ISO 9001:2000 is a critical step in the growth and development of our company.
